Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Items may become unavailable after an order is placed; in such cases we may contact you through WhatsApp to agree on alternatives, partial fulfillment, or cancellation according to applicable policies.
Orders
Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, delivery address, governorate, city, area, and order notes if any. Kunooz Al-Wadi is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Order Confirmation
Submitting an order does not automatically mean final acceptance. The order may require WhatsApp confirmation. Kunooz Al-Wadi reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or request confirmation of any order.

Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or confirmed through WhatsApp. For Cash on Delivery, the customer must pay the full order amount upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. If online payment, wallet transfer, bank transfer, or other methods are activated in the future, they may be subject to additional verification.
Delivery
Delivery availability, fees, and estimated delivery times vary by location, stock, courier schedules, and operational conditions. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Further detail appears in our Shipping Policy.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, refusal without valid reason, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled and charges may apply as described in our Shipping and Return policies.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of food products, returns may be limited and subject to product condition, packaging status, safety considerations, and applicable laws.
Cancellation
