1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or outside working hours may begin processing on the next business day. After placing your order, Kunooz Al-Wadi may contact you through WhatsApp only to confirm your order details before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to available service areas within Egypt. Delivery availability, estimated delivery time, and shipping fees may vary depending on your governorate, city, area, order size, and courier availability. If your location is not currently supported, our team may contact you through WhatsApp to discuss available alternatives.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually: Greater Cairo and nearby areas: 1–3 business days Other governorates: 2–5 business days Remote or special delivery areas: Delivery time may vary Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand seasons, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, order size, and available courier service. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout or confirmed with you through WhatsApp before the order is finalized. From time to time, Kunooz Al-Wadi may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be subject to specific conditions such as minimum order value, location coverage, or limited-time availability.
5. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address, mobile number, and order details are accurate before confirming your order. Kunooz Al-Wadi is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information. 6. Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailable contact, refusal to receive, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Kunooz Al-Wadi. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply if you request reshipping.
7. Order Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend that you inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, leaking, opened, or tampered with, please report the issue immediately and contact Kunooz Al-Wadi through WhatsApp. For food products, product safety and package integrity are very important. Please do not accept clearly damaged or leaking packages unless confirmed by our team.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, leaking product, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us through WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide: Order number Customer name and mobile number Clear photos of the packaging Clear photos of the affected product Brief description of the issue After reviewing the case, Kunooz Al-Wadi may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.
9. Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us through WhatsApp. We will check the order status and provide an update as soon as possible.
