This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted by Kunooz Al-Wadi, how payments are confirmed, and how payment-related issues are handled. All payment confirmation, refund coordination, Cash on Delivery confirmation, and payment-related customer communication is handled through WhatsApp only.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Kunooz Al-Wadi currently supports the payment methods displayed at checkout. At launch, the main available payment method may include: Cash on Delivery Additional payment methods such as mobile wallets, InstaPay, bank transfer, card payments, or online payment gateways may be introduced later and will only apply when officially activated on the website.

2. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order when it is delivered. Please make sure that the full order amount is available at the time of delivery. The amount payable will include: Product price Shipping fees, if applicable Any approved discount or promotion Any additional charges clearly confirmed before order confirmation The final amount will be shown during checkout and/or confirmed with you through WhatsApp before dispatch.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, Kunooz Al-Wadi may contact you through WhatsApp only to confirm: Customer name Mobile number Delivery address Ordered products Total order amount Preferred delivery timing, where possible Orders may not be dispatched if we cannot confirm the required details.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds EGP, unless stated otherwise. Kunooz Al-Wadi reserves the right to update product prices, offers, and shipping fees at any time. However, confirmed orders will be handled according to the price agreed at the time of order confirmation, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, and special offers are subject to their own conditions. Promotions may be limited by time, product, quantity, customer type, location, or minimum order value. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, or applied after order confirmation.

6. Failed or Refused Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders, if the customer refuses to pay the confirmed order amount at delivery without a valid reason, the order may be cancelled. Kunooz Al-Wadi may restrict Cash on Delivery availability for customers with repeated failed deliveries, refused orders, or misuse of the service.

7. Online Payments

If online payments are activated in the future, available payment options will be displayed at checkout. Online payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kunooz Al-Wadi does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment authentication details on its website. Additional verification may be required by the payment provider, bank, wallet provider, or card issuer.

8. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. When online payment methods are activated, payment processing will be handled through secure and trusted payment service providers where applicable. Customers should never share card PINs, OTPs, wallet passwords, or sensitive banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent Kunooz Al-Wadi. Kunooz Al-Wadi will never ask you to share confidential payment passwords or one-time verification codes.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an agreed method such as bank transfer, mobile wallet, store credit, or another approved refund method. Refunds are only processed after case review and approval. Refund-related communication will be handled through WhatsApp only.

10. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid the wrong amount, or have a payment-related concern, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp. Please provide: Order number Customer name and mobile number Amount paid Payment method Description of the issue Any available proof of payment We will review the issue and provide support based on the available records.

11. Fraud Prevention

Kunooz Al-Wadi may cancel or hold any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, false information, unauthorized payment activity, or repeated failed delivery attempts. We may request additional confirmation through WhatsApp before processing or dispatching certain orders.
